Yeah, finally I have sometime to update this site again. Today, I just bring you a new version of CTF Tool GUI v4.2. This application is allows you to create your own PSP Themes or convert CTF themes file for your PSP. Now, this application is portable.

Since V4 joined windows explorer right click menu, you need to read and write the registry key location, some anti-virus software, such as 360 may be issued a warning, please allow all actions ~ otherwise manually right click will not operate properly.
